What you'll do

• Greet, register, and assign rooms
• issue and control room keys
• answer calls and manage messages and wake-up calls
• respond to inquiries about hotel services and local amenities
• maintain room availability and guest account records
• operate the front office computer system
• collect payments, make change, confirm reservations, post charges, check out guests, and address complaints according to company policy.
