What you'll do

• complete narcotic risk evaluations and behavioral health assessments for pain management
• develop and update treatment plans
• maintain compliant EHR documentation
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• provide patient education, crisis intervention, and referrals
• participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement.
