What you'll do

• Review, draft, and negotiate public-sector and commercial solicitation terms, contracts, subcontracts, and customer agreements
• partner with security and IT on FedRAMP and agency security reviews, data protection terms, certifications, and questionnaires
• advise on solicitation requirements and bid compliance
• improve contracting templates and processes
• oversee outside counsel
• monitor procurement, privacy, and compliance rules
• advise business development, deployment, product, and security teams.
