IT Support Specialist II

What you'll do

• Provide Tier I and Tier II support by phone, remote tools, electronic communications, tickets, and in person
• document, prioritize, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents
• support workstations, operating systems, applications, Microsoft 365, accounts, peripherals, and printers
• image and deploy devices
• assist with account access and equipment inventory
• maintain ticket records and user-support documentation.
