What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day facility operations
• participate in weekly performance meetings
• troubleshoot customer, system, and operational problems
• monitor contract KPIs and service levels
• ensure receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes are followed
• oversee security, cycle counts, asset tagging, process improvement, safety, staffing, training, overtime and purchases, RMA orders, site capacity, and customer meetings
• analyze data and generate reports.
