What you'll do

• Lead and supervise regional CSEY Advocates and Program Support Specialists
• maintain relationships with DCFS, law enforcement, service providers, and referral sources
• support high-quality advocacy services
• coordinate training, team meetings, and supervision
• monitor policy compliance, intake, budgets, and documentation
• respond to allegations of abuse in coordination with program leadership
• prepare programmatic and financial reports
• conduct performance reviews
• support funding applications and required administrative processes.
