The Line Cook — Tatte Charles Street Café role is onsite in Boston, MA. Compensation is $18.50–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience. Tatte’s Back of House team prepares dishes from scratch with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and hospitality. The cook prepares ingredients and dishes to standardized recipes and presentation standards, maintains food safety, and keeps kitchen workstations clean and organized. The role supports consistent food preparation and service alongside the chefs and kitchen team.

What you'll do

• Cook under the direction of the Sous Chef and Chef
• prepare food to standardized recipes and quality standards
• portion and prepare ingredients
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• maintain proper food temperatures
• set up and break down workstations
• clean and sanitize tools and surfaces
• follow food-safety and workplace-safety standards
• assist chefs with preparation tasks.
