This role aligns products with market needs and customer expectations by leading positioning, messaging, launch planning, sales enablement, and customer feedback work. It coordinates cross-functional teams to bring products, features, and enhancements to market and support awareness, adoption, and engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for products, feature releases, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
• create sales and customer-facing materials
• develop personas, positioning, messaging, value propositions, and product narratives
• conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews
• analyze customer feedback and share recommendations
• support partner marketing, customer advocacy, and event communications.
