What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ health and assess care needs
• work with physicians on individual care plans
• maintain healthcare records and reports
• supervise, manage, and train LPNs and GNAs
• perform routine procedures, administer medication and injections, and provide emergency care when necessary
• collaborate on staffing coverage
• assess staff performance
• support shift-to-shift communication
• review prospective admissions
• notify physicians and families of significant health changes
• investigate and resolve complaints.
