What you'll do

• Build accurate client risk profiles
• partner with producers on presentations, policy delivery, and renewal discussions
• service personal lines accounts, including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims assistance, applications, and quoting
• maintain relationships with carriers and underwriters
• review and renew coverage
• issue certificates, binders, and evidence of property documentation
• maintain accurate policy records in the agency management system
• respond proactively to client questions, coverage concerns, and service requests.
