What you'll do

• Hire, lead, and develop leasing staff
• assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and development
• provide customer service and model community representation
• supervise lease-up, renewal, property, and resident events
• conduct property tours
• lease and renew apartments in person, by phone, or online
• assist with move-in and move-out events and collect deposits or fees as necessary
• maintain property social media and create promotional content
• assist with annual marketing plans
• use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy
• maintain prospect and leasing data.
