The Behavior Specialist 1:1 is an onsite role based in Roxbury, VT, with compensation between $23 and $28 per hour. This position supports the Special Education team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, contributing to a mission-driven environment focused on student success. The role exists to provide direct, individualized implementation of positive behavior intervention and support for assigned students. By tailoring approaches to unique learning needs and responding to crisis situations with de-escalation strategies, the specialist helps students overcome behavioral challenges and achieve academic and social-emotional goals.

• Implement individualized behavior interventions
