What you'll do

• Coordinate group dining reservations and arrangements
• manage inquiries, proposals, confirmations, menu selections, seating, special requests, and event details
• maintain reservation records, contracts, correspondence, and guest profiles
• coordinate with restaurant leadership on event readiness
• communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, VIP information, and accommodations
• monitor availability and recommend booking solutions
• prepare activity and revenue reports
• coordinate menu updates and operational changes
• respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
• partner with Food and Beverage leadership on operational improvements
• maintain knowledge of dining venues, events, entertainment, and resort amenities
• participate in tours, inspections, and planning meetings as needed
• follow company policies and applicable health and safety regulations.
