What you'll do

• Support real estate financings involving low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, energy, and other tax-credit programs
• draft senior real estate-secured loan documents and real estate joint venture agreements
• review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys
• oversee paralegal title and survey review.
