Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Day Shift

The part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Hickman County, TN, with an 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. primary shift and scheduling flexibility required. Compensation is $16 per hour. What you'll do

• Responsibilities may include assisting with personal hygiene and dressing
• preparing meals, grocery shopping, and household tasks
• administering medications according to agency policy and training
• following Individual Support Plans
• completing daily documentation and medication records
• providing transportation to appointments and community activities
• supporting individual choice and independence
• communicating concerns
• and maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.
