What you'll do

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process
• process invoices and purchase orders
• reconcile vendor statements and purchase orders
• prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers
• maintain vendor data
• support revenue recognition and accounts receivable
• reconcile revenue and AR subledgers to the general ledger
• partner with operations, procurement, and sales
• use NetSuite and Excel for reports, reconciliations, and analysis
• document and improve processes
• strengthen internal controls.
