What you'll do

• Prepare sushi and related menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• follow allergy precautions and prevent cross-contamination
• store, label, rotate, and handle ingredients safely
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation in sushi-bar, prep, cooler, and kitchen areas
• support prep lists, inventory counts, stocking, and ordering
• work with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• provide guest interaction in guest-facing areas when applicable.
