Maintenance Technician

This position will service three locations in the area Martindale Terrace Apts, Fort Edward Village Apts, Hudson Falls Village Apts. Assists in the maintenance of the physical asset to ensure safe, clean, habitable and cost efficient operations. Maintain high standards of conduct and follow all maintenance and personnel policies as outlined by the company. Required to supply and maintain all the b
