What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on nursing leadership and operational efficiency
• train, support, and supervise employees
• assist in evaluating residents’ healthcare needs and staffing schedules
• conduct staff in-service meetings
• prepare for surveys and inspections
• oversee infection control and reporting
• communicate with physicians and families about resident status
• participate in quality improvement
• and audit nursing staff skills. Requires an Iowa RN license and 3–5 years of nursing experience.
