Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around community grounds
• complete repair and maintenance service requests for grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles
• perform assigned routine repairs and refurbishment projects, including basic plumbing, minor electrical work, appliance repair, painting, and heating, air, and refrigeration system work.
