What you'll do

• Lead concrete crews and assign daily tasks
• plan operations with the superintendent
• coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment
• read plans and specifications
• oversee forming, rebar, placement, finishing, curing, and form removal
• inspect forms and reinforcing steel before pours
• coordinate concrete deliveries
• track production and daily records
• communicate needs and delays
• train employees
• maintain a safe, organized jobsite
• work alongside the crew when needed.
