What you'll do

• Design and implement the enterprise PMO, governance, methodology, and reporting frameworks
• maintain the project portfolio roadmap
• advise executives on resource allocation, sequencing, and risk
• oversee strategic initiatives from scoping through post-launch review
• establish project intake and prioritization processes
• lead change management
• coordinate across departments and vendors
• build and mentor the PMO team
• report portfolio health, KPIs, milestones, and risks to executives and the board.
