Service Manager

What you'll do

• Assess customer service needs and quote work
• delegate workloads
• oversee open-order aging and timely final invoices
• manage shop scheduling and workflow
• ensure employees are qualified for assigned work
• enforce applicable NTTC, ASME/National Board, and CFR requirements
• develop staff product knowledge
• evaluate skills and recommend training
• review tooling requisitions
• maintain staffing
• provide daily reporting
• assist with hiring and conduct performance evaluations
• enforce company policies.
