What you'll do

• Handle preconstruction steps including submittals, coordination, and site visits
• manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress
• coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors
• manage job impacts, RFIs, and change orders
• attend project management meetings
• review plans and specifications for code compliance
• track costs and project documentation
• coordinate closeout, punch-list items, demobilization, warranty letters, operation manuals, and as-builts.
