What you'll do

• Support daily management of nursing services and clinical operations
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and staff development
• help maintain nursing coverage
• coach and provide feedback to staff
• participate in evaluations and corrective action
• conduct resident rounds and monitor care quality
• review clinical documentation
• participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
• support regulatory compliance, quality improvement, audits, investigations, and readiness.

Why this role
