EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical home care to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The aide provides individualized support in clients’ homes according to their care plans. The role contributes to clients’ daily well-being through personal care, companionship, household assistance, and other assigned support, with training and local office support available.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s care plan, assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and incontinence support
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with errands and approved transportation
• provide medication reminders
• follow care plans and communicate with clients and the care team.
