What you'll do

• Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems
• complete preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• respond to service requests
• maintain common areas and exterior grounds
• perform basic repairs
• monitor equipment
• support seasonal maintenance and fire and life safety inspections
• document work orders
• assist with vendor access and improvement projects
• participate in emergency response and assigned on-call rotations.
