IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN)

The IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) role is onsite in Houston, TX, with compensation of $30–$42 per hour. CCRM Fertility’s Clinical department supports patients through fertility treatment and IVF care. This nurse coordinates individualized care throughout the IVF journey, working with physicians and patients on treatment plans, medication management, education, monitoring, and advocacy to support informed care and treatment progress.

What you'll do

• Assess reproductive health and document in the EMR
• collaborate with physicians on treatment plans
• educate and counsel patients
• guide medication administration and monitor responses
• coordinate appointments, tests, procedures, and consents
• monitor established pregnancies through the first 8–12 weeks
• communicate results and instructions
• maintain accurate records
• perform intrauterine inseminations as directed
• verify communicable disease testing.
