What you'll do

• Maintain payroll records for employee changes
• process monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including W-2s
• support payroll audits and compliance reviews
• recommend process improvements
• prepare journal entries and payroll reconciliations
• resolve discrepancies
• collaborate with Finance on payroll and accounting data accuracy.
