Haven Program Manager, Memory Care

The Haven Program Manager works onsite in Bethesda, MD. The salary range is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The role supports the Memory Care neighborhood at The Kensington Bethesda, providing care for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The manager oversees daily operations and person-centered care, supervises and develops staff, and coordinates individualized service plans and activities. The role also works with residents and families, monitors quality and compliance, and supports the neighborhood's staffing and budget goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily Memory Care neighborhood operations and resident-centered care
• contribute to business and budget planning
• support resident move-ins and assessments
• lead individualized service plans and family meetings
• coordinate activity calendars
• address resident and family concerns
• review service plans and changes in condition
• monitor performance and compliance
• supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate staff
• communicate with families about dementia care
• participate in hiring and community relationships.
