What you'll do

• Coordinate group visits and communicate with departments
• pursue group sales through calls, email, marketing, and relationship building
• provide business updates
• process group and wedding sales transactions
• support marketing campaigns, social media, and website updates
• coordinate weddings, private events, and group functions
• manage event contracts, deposits, timelines, budgets, vendors, and records
• coordinate with Food and Beverage and operational teams
• conduct site tours and consultations
• support event staffing and event marketing.
