What you'll do

• Learn to analyze budgets, profit and loss statements, reimbursement, payer mix, and performance indicators
• evaluate staffing and workforce operations
• coach department leaders and develop teams
• learn skilled nursing operations, quality assurance, survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and clinical collaboration
• understand admissions, census, occupancy, and referral development. Regular travel across Madison and Beloit, with additional travel to Manitowoc, is required.

AIT salary is $70,000 annually. Permanent Nursing Home Administrator opportunities may start at $100,000+ annually, depending on location, facility size, and responsibilities; this is not guaranteed. Relocation anywhere in Wisconsin is required for consideration for an available permanent NHA opportunity after licensure.
