What you'll do

• Answer or appropriately direct customer questions and concerns
• lead sales-floor tours and recommend products based on ongoing product research
• explain patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions
• encourage medical guest memberships
• follow product-handling, safety, health, and regulatory procedures
• stock retail items and supplies and maintain store cleanliness
• operate the cash register, POS system, and cash drawer
• work with the team to meet sales, guest-satisfaction, and compliance goals. Local travel may occasionally be required.
