The Student Recruitment and Enrollment Management Recruiter role is onsite in Okmulgee, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and occasional evenings and weekends. The hiring range is $17.79 per hour. The role supports OSU-Institute of Technology enrollment management. The recruiter builds relationships with prospective students and families, serves as their key contact through enrollment, and helps connect them with the appropriate academic unit once they identify a program of interest. Recruitment and coordination across student markets support the institute’s enrollment activities.

What you'll do

• Recruit and coordinate enrollment management activities for high school students, military personnel, and non-traditional adults
• build working relationships with prospective students and families
• serve as a key contact throughout enrollment
• assist with transition to the appropriate academic unit after program interest is determined
• deliver presentations and written materials to varied audiences.
