Apartment Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• record visits and maintain guest cards
• inspect model and market-ready units and report service needs
• conduct community and apartment tours
• assist with applications and deposits in accordance with Fair Housing requirements
• process applications and follow up on status
• help prepare apartments for move-in
• follow up with prospects
• orient new residents
• assist with renewals
• monitor advertising effectiveness and gather information about market competition.

Why this role
