What you'll do

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model
• assess client and family behaviors, strengths, and ecological context
• provide individual and family psychotherapy
• develop partnerships with community resources
• engage caregivers, family members, supports, and agency staff in treatment
• plan and evaluate cases weekly with supervisor and team support
• participate in training, supervision, consultation, documentation, program evaluation, and team meetings
• collaborate to ensure clients can access support 24 hours a day, seven days a week as needed.
