Senior Property Accountant

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day property accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and monthly close
• implement policies and procedures
• prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
• oversee lease setup, rent schedules, and tenant billing
• lead CAM reconciliations, straight-line rent schedules, and recovery analysis
• prepare construction draws and coordinate lender submissions
• track tenant improvements, capital projects, leasing commissions, and amortization schedules
• support budgets, reforecasts, cash flow projections, and operational planning
• improve processes and workflows
• partner with property management on financial and operational projects.
