Inventory Specialist and Quality Control

The Inventory Specialist and Quality Control role is onsite in Waterbury, CT, with pay of $21–$24 per hour. The role works with the Production Manager and Director of Compliance to support inventory management, production planning, and quality control at the Waterbury facility. The position maintains accurate product records, investigates discrepancies, verifies product movement, and checks finished goods and documentation to support compliant and reliable production operations.

What you'll do

• Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile records in Canix and other systems
• investigate and document discrepancies
• maintain records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• verify incoming and outgoing inventory, manifests, and shipments
• inspect finished products, labels, and quantities
• review batch records
• analyze inventory trends
• maintain ERP, e-commerce, and inventory records.
