Teen Center Director

What you'll do

• Plan, oversee, and evaluate teen programs
• develop leadership, academic, healthy-lifestyle, college exploration, and career readiness activities
• coordinate field trips
• oversee daily program activities and member safety
• build relationships with schools, families, and community partners
• represent the Club at outreach events
• support teen recruitment and engagement
• manage program budgets, records, and logistics
• supervise staff and volunteers
• promote programs through communications and community engagement.
