What you'll do

• Operate SPMTs during loading, transport, positioning, and unloading
• assist with system setup, configuration, connection, and breakdown
• perform pre-use inspections
• follow engineered transport plans, job hazard analyses, load configurations, and project leadership direction
• monitor load stability, equipment performance, clearances, and site conditions
• coordinate with project and rigging personnel
• assist with mobilization, demobilization, and equipment loadout
• communicate hazards and exercise stop-work responsibility
• support other heavy rigging and specialized transport operations when needed.
