What you'll do

• Review heat-pump inspection reports for consistent scoring and language
• provide feedback to inspectors and field managers
• manage callbacks and follow up with contractors
• review project quotes and documentation from planning through completion
• track projects and provide contractor feedback
• ensure documents and processes are complete in Mass Save software
• identify review trends
• meet with internal teams
• maintain program databases and customer management systems
• respond to customer and contractor inquiries and support issue resolution.
