Water and Mold Technician

Job overview

The Water and Mold Technician role is onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The technician supports Rytech’s water damage mitigation and mold remediation services, coordinating with customers, insurance personnel, and team members. The role handles mitigation and remediation assignments, maintains job records and equipment, and communicates with operations managers and customers. It contributes to timely restoration work and a coordinated service experience; the position includes a 24/7 on-call rotation and may require travel when needed.

What you'll do

• Service mitigation and remediation assignments
• communicate with operations management, customers, insurance personnel, and team members
• maintain company vehicle, equipment, tools, supplies, and vehicle records
• update assignment files in the MICA app
• be available 24/7 during on-call rotation
• follow safety protocols and use PPE
• read mold remediation estimates
• travel when needed and assist other areas during CAT situations.

Why this role
