What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers
• support ambulation, walker or wheelchair use, and therapist-directed range-of-motion routines
• prepare simple balanced meals and monitor hydration
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks
• provide medication reminders and report condition changes to the supervising nurse
• offer companionship and drive or accompany clients to appointments, groceries, and community activities.
