This role provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN, ensuring the physical and psychological needs of residents are met according to their care plan.

What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Administers basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Assists with transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Completes food preparation and dining tasks.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicates resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.
• Collects specimens and gathers vital signs.
• Provides housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assists with wellness and recreational programs.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or GED preferred.

Experience

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
