Battery Assembly Technician

The Battery Assembly Technician role is onsite in Missouri City, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Compensation is stated as $20, with no pay period specified. The technician assembles battery packs and related electrical and mechanical components, following work instructions and quality and safety procedures to support production in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Assemble battery packs, cables, and electrical/mechanical components to work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
• perform mechanical assembly, wire preparation, crimping, cutting, labeling, potting, bonding, basic hand soldering, and inspections
• use tools, testing equipment, and computerized manufacturing systems
• conduct basic continuity and voltage tests
• follow safety, quality, and hazardous-material procedures
• maintain production records and an organized work area.
