What you'll do

• Administer, assist with, or supervise medication administration according to physician orders and state regulations
• document medication administration and conduct narcotic counts
• provide assistance with activities of daily living and safe transfers
• report changes in residents’ condition
• respond to emergencies
• help plan the wellness staffing schedule and find coverage for open shifts while on call
• complete related resident-care and housekeeping tasks.
