What you'll do

• Arrange planning meetings and phone consultations
• prepare event timelines, vendor contact lists, details, and floor plans
• confirm timing and logistics
• conduct venue walkthroughs and, if requested, morning rehearsals
• distribute customized vendor timelines
• greet and direct vendors
• coordinate marriage-license signing and delivery to the officiant
• manage the event itinerary and guide clients and wedding parties through the day.
