What you'll do

• Build relationships and recruiting programs with trade and technical schools
• identify apprenticeship pipeline opportunities
• manage university and trade-school partnerships and recruiting calendars
• coordinate career fairs, information sessions, interviews, and presentations
• manage the enterprise-wide internship program from design through offer conversion
• coordinate intern onboarding, mentorship, evaluations, and logistics
• maintain partnership records
• track internship conversion, retention, and cost metrics and report program ROI.
