What you'll do

• Process transactions and handle cash accurately
• answer customer calls and banking questions
• follow disclosure, privacy, identity verification, and dual-control procedures
• detect counterfeit currency and potential fraud
• reconcile ATMs and process night depository bags as assigned
• follow branch security protocols
• refer customers to appropriate partners
• promote mobile, online, and ATM services
• maintain records and comply with regulations and company policies.
