What you'll do

• Answer and direct telephone calls and provide customer service
• respond to customer inquiries and help resolve concerns
• assist with orders received by phone, in person, or online
• open daily cash drawers and supply change
• prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents
• assist with inventory administration, shipment processing, stock tracking, and system updates
• order and maintain supplies
• compile sales and operational data
• protect confidential information
• support store events, audits, and special projects.
